Join us from Friday, May 16th, to Sunday, May 18th, 2025, for a transformative weekend of yoga, mindfulness, and nature. Whether you’re seeking to reset after a busy season or looking to reconnect with yourself, this retreat invites you to unwind, recharge, and feel deeply connected with the world around you.

Located near the beautiful Cwm Idwal, Bryn Llys provides the ideal retreat setting with views of the mountains, forests, and lakes. Our daily yoga practice, mindful walks, and nourishing meals create a nurturing environment where you can relax, reflect, and restore your balance.

Retreat Highlights:

Daily Yoga & Meditation: Start and end each day with yoga and mindfulness sessions, suitable for all levels, to help you release tension, find inner peace, and reconnect with your body.

Guided Walk to Cwm Idwal: On Saturday, we’ll explore the awe-inspiring landscapes of Cwm Idwal, one of Wales’ most iconic natural spots. You’ll also have the chance to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Llyn Idwal—a truly magical experience.

Walk to Aber Falls:  On Sunday, we’ll take a guided walk to Aber Falls, a stunning waterfall in the village of Abergwyngregyn. Breathe in the fresh spring air as we traverse the peaceful Welsh landscape.​

Seasonal, Nourishing Meals: Enjoy wholesome, locally sourced meals prepared by Mandy of Enfys Foods. Meals are catered to all dietary needs, offering fresh and vibrant flavours that reflect the season.

Mindfulness Workshop: Participate in an immersive workshop led by mindfulness expert Siôn Jones, where you’ll learn practical tools to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life and enhance your overall well-being.

Connection with Nature: With the breathtaking natural beauty of Snowdonia all around, you’ll feel inspired to slow down, tune in to your surroundings, and reconnect with yourself in a deep and meaningful way.

The Venue 

Bryn Llys is a charming retreat located in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Close to Bethesda and local attractions, it’s the perfect base for exploring the beauty of North Wales. The family-run cottage provides a welcoming and eco-friendly atmosphere, complete with all modern amenities, making it a serene and rejuvenating getaway.

Accommodation:

  • Standard Rooms (Triple): £425 for 2 nights. All bookings are for a shared room with 3 people.

  • Standard Rooms (Twin/Double): £445 for 2 nights. Shared rooms for 2 people. Single rooms available for an additional £35 per night.

  • Camping Spaces: £345 for 2 nights. For those who love the outdoors, camp under the stars with access to facilities. Spaces available for up to three people per tent.

Booking Information:

Secure your spot with a £150 non-refundable deposit. These retreats sell out fast, so early booking is recommended. Flexible payment options are available, and the balance is due by March 15th, 2025.

Cancellations less than three months before the retreat arrival date are not entitled to a refund.
Cancellations between three and five months before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a 25% refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations more than five months before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a full refund, minus the deposit.

Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.​
