Yoga Sessions via Skype or Zoom are available Monday to Friday (mornings, afternoons and evenings) Find a time to suit your schedule.

What you need:
- Skype or Zoom (free apps)
- a yoga mat
- a yoga block and strap (optional)
- some space to practise
£35 per 50 minute class (1 student)
£40 per 50 minute class (2 students)
There are some Covid Concessionary sessions available for those struggling with low income, please get in touch if interested.
