Chalet Savoie Faire is a hidden treasure in the heart of the French Alps, situated in the Vallee de Naves, just 20 minutes drive from the town of Moutiers, at the foot of the Three Valleys ski area. It is a beautiful, restored 1900’s farmhouse in Fontaine Naves; a typical Savoyard barn which has been transformed into a luxury alpine retreat.

Fontaines Naves is a picturesque mountain village, with stunning views across the valley. It’s situated at 1300 altitude, so perfect for cycling and hiking through the forests.

From the lodge you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains all around you. The peaceful, serene setting makes Chalet Savoie Faire the perfect location for a relaxing break to get away from it all. Breathe in fresh mountainous air, go for a hike or enjoy local produce. Or simply unwind in the beautiful lounge and outdoor terrace, chill out areas and with a massage: it’s up to you. *Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you’ve been asleep for hours.

**Ticket prices include a £200 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 31st October will be entitled to a full refund excluding the £200 deposit. Cancellations between 1st November and 31st May are entitled to a 25% refund. Cancellations between 1st June and 14th September are not entitled to a refund.

What previous students have said about our International and UK based retreats:

“What an amazing week in Paros it was – just perfect! The care and attention that must have gone into the planning (thank you!) clearly paid off as it was a wonderful week of yoga, amazing food and cocktails, new friendships and beautiful scenery in what felt like a ‘home from home’ hotel. Would definitely recommend future iterations of this trip to others!” Jennifer Hendry, Cambridge

“Thank you Rosanna and Siôn for a fantastic yoga retreat in Greece. Everything was so well organised. A perfect venue, lovely people, amazing food, lots of activities as well as twice daily yoga. The yoga studio is very well equipped and the hotel is first class and run by a lovely family who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.” Marion, Wales

“Great people, great yoga and meditation and amazing walks. I came home feeling relaxed and refreshed and would totally recommend” Heather, UK

“I was nervous joining a retreat for the first time on my own, unsure of what to expect. But from the moment I arrived Rosanna & Sion made us all feel at ease and provided a very nurturing and warm welcoming environment to rest, restore and focus on our wellbeing which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend yoga day retreats to anyone who wants to recharge the batteries or just slow down the pace of life for a short while to look inward. I’ve made some friends for life and come away with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity for my life’s path” Sarah, Chorley

“Both Rosanna and Sion had put together a great itinerary . Had a great mix of different types of yoga which was brilliant for all abilities . The walks were amazing and the meditation was wonderful. The days were organised well and getting to the venue by bus / train was really easy The food was well cooked and fresh and packed lunches were organised when we were out walking. It was also possible to book a massage with a therapist brought in Penny who was brilliant too. Thankyou Rosanna and Sion – I didn’t want to come back home ” Clare, Manchester

“I thoroughly enjoyed the Yoga Retreat at Rydal Hall in the Lake District. Rosanna and Sion were welcoming and included everybody. The group of people taking part varied in age and experience and everybody could access and enjoy the activities. As a solo traveler, I was made to feel totally included – I could be sociable when I chose and have my own space when I needed it. I loved the combination of Yoga, mindfulness meditation, walking, and swimming – I could connect with the beautiful environment (lakes and mountains) and with my own body and mind. I felt the combination of challenge and support in the level of Yoga practice and walking was perfect for my ability (intermediate). The walking routes were well planned and stimulating, with an opportunity to visit caves and Mountain tarns and also peruse pretty villages. Thank you!” Maggie, London
