Yoga in Sefton Park, at Mersey Bowmen tennis club
A series of summer yoga sessions in Sefton Park this June through to September. These will take place on Saturdays 1 to 2pm and are open to all/the public.

- Saturday 13th July at 1pm
- Saturday 10th August at 1pm
- Saturday 31st August at 1pm
Join us for a 60 minute class, have a good stretch and enjoy a chance to relax in a beautiful outside setting in one of Liverpool’s most treasured parks.
Make some time for you, feel stronger, increase flexibility and find calm during your day – the perfect way to refresh and feel balanced.
Please bring your own yoga mats.
Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, beginners very welcome.
Location: The sessions will take place at Mersey Bowmen tennis club, outside on the grass. The club is located close by to Lark Lane and the café Oasis in the Park. I will send you the exact location on booking.
Price: £2.50 per person for member / £3.50 for non-members per 1 hour session
