Rejuvenate Your Body and Mind in the Scottish Highlands
Escape to the tranquil surroundings of Old Kilmun House for a transformative 3-night yoga and mindfulness retreat. Nestled between the serene waters of Holy Loch and the lush greenery of the Kilmun Arboretum, this retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary for you to reconnect with yourself, embrace nature, and rejuvenate your spirit.
Join us from Friday, March 7th to Monday, March 10th, 2025, for our retreat that combines daily yoga and meditation sessions, mindful walking, and nourishing meals in a beautiful environment. This retreat is designed for individuals looking to unwind, reset, and return to everyday life feeling refreshed and renewed.
Originally built in 1696 by the Duke of Argyll, Old Kilmun House was once home to James Duncan (founder of Benmore Botanic Garden) in the nineteenth century. It was most recently owned by the Younger family. In 2019, it was acquired by Ross and Katy who intend to continue Old Kilmun House’s legacy as one of Scotland’s most cherished family homes and we are so excited to be running a retreat there! The above image shows the wonderful yurt where we will be holding our yoga sessions.

What previous guests have said about our retreats:
“What an amazing week in Paros it was – just perfect! The care and attention that must have gone into the planning (thank you!) clearly paid off as it was a wonderful week of yoga, amazing food and cocktails, new friendships and beautiful scenery in what felt like a ‘home from home’ hotel. Would definitely recommend future iterations of this trip to others!” Jennifer Hendry, Cambridge
“Thank you Rosanna and Siôn for a fantastic yoga retreat in Greece. Everything was so well organised. A perfect venue, lovely people, amazing food, lots of activities as well as twice daily yoga. The yoga studio is very well equipped and the hotel is first class and run by a lovely family who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.” Marion, Wales (Cymru)
“Great people, great yoga and meditation and amazing walks. I came home feeling relaxed and refreshed and would totally recommend” Heather, UK
